View Your BitPrime Order History
If you are an existing customer and would like to view your previous buy orders from BitPrime, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. The information readily available in your account dashboard includes the order number, the date of purchase, the wallet address you provided, and the value of the transaction – both in NZD and crypto.
At this stage, you are unable to view your sell order history automatically for your account dashboard. Instead, you can record these details yourself at the time you sell to us, or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a CSV file export showing the details. When asking for this, please let us know what financial year you wish to receive the records for. The provision of automatically viewing sell orders is a feature that is planned to be added to the My Account section in the future.
How to View your Buy Order History
- Ensure you are logged into your BitPrime account and click the My Account option in the main menu to be taken to your dashboard.
- From your account dashboard, you can view all of your recent orders, change your password, and see your transaction limits. To see your previous order history, click on the Orders link, which is the second option on the left-hand sidebar (third option if you have BitPrime OTC access enabled).
- On this page, you can now see details of all of your previous buy orders placed through BitPrime. You also have the option to export a CSV file of your order history for your accountant or tax specialist.
