View Your BitPrime Order History
Please note: this only applies to Internet Banking payment methods and not BitPrime OTC , Crypto-Crypto Swap, or our Credit Card payment option.
If you are an existing customer and would like to view your previous buy orders from BitPrime, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. The information readily available in your account dashboard includes the order number, the date of purchase, the wallet address you provided, and the value of the transaction – both in NZD and crypto.
At this stage, you are unable to view your sell order history automatically for your account dashboard. Instead, you can record these details yourself at the time you sell to us, or you can email us at hello@bitprime.co.nz to request a CSV file export showing the details. When asking for this, please let us know what financial year you wish to receive the records for. The provision of automatically viewing sell orders is a feature that is planned to be added to the My Account section in the future.
How to View your Buy Order History
- Ensure you are logged into your BitPrime account and click the My Account option in the main menu to be taken to your dashboard.
- From your account dashboard, you can view all of your recent orders, change your password, and see your transaction limits. To see your previous order history, click on the Orders link, which is the second option on the left-hand sidebar (third option if you have BitPrime OTC access enabled).
- On this page, you can now see details of all of your previous buy orders placed through BitPrime. You also have the option to export a CSV file of your order history for your accountant or tax specialist.

I have placed an order already, but when I wanted to pay, I couldn’t make my payment anymore. It seems I was lost. I am a beginner and not familiar with the system yet. What shall I do?
Hi Mike,
From your description, I have a feeling you chose to pay by a manual bank deposit but then navigated away from the page that displays our bank details and the reference to use. Luckily, it is also emailed to you.
I believe this issue has already been sorted with you via email, but please let me know if you need any other help.

How can I view my ‘sell’ orders/history? I can only view my buy orders. I should be able to see any transactions I make through you. This is important as crypto has a lot of trust involved in the transaction process. Thank you. Carly

At this stage, you can’t view your sell order history automatically from your account dashboard due to a limitation in WooCommerce.
Instead, you can record these details yourself at the time you sell to us, or you can start a live chat or email us at hello@bitprime.co.nz to request a CSV file export showing the details.
The provision of automatically viewing sell orders is definitely a feature that is planned to be added to the My Account section in the future.
