Can I change/update my personal information?

Yes of course. Please live chat or email us on hello@bitprime.co.nz if you require assisstance doing so.

We can change or add an email address, update your mobile number, add additional bank accounts to your profile, and we can also change your login details and reset your password.

When logged in to our site, visit your account dashboard to change your password yourself.

If you have forgotten your password and can’t log in, you can request a link to reset your password yourself.

If there is any other information you wish to update, please contact us.

Please note, this information refers to the BitPrime retail platform. For BitPrime OTC, please refer to the relevant Knowledge Base section on Account Management.

    • Hi Nathan,

      You’re able to change your wallet with every transaction with us. There is no requirement to maintain your wallet.

      We have daily and monthly limits of how much you are able to purchase. If you email in with your specific details, we can check that for you.
