Incorrect Balance Showing in Toast Wallet
Occasionally, the Toast wallet will show an incorrect or null balance. If this occurs follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Ensure the Ripple was successfully sent and received. You can do this by searching for the transaction on the Ripple network using the Bithomp explorer. Simply paste in your Ripple wallet address and identify the confirmed transaction. If the transaction is pending, wait for confirmation then check your Toast balance. If the transaction is confirmed, but the balance is still incorrect please proceed on to step 2 below.
2. If the wallet balance is still incorrect, it is likely due to outdated software. If you are using an iPhone or iPad ensure you are running iOS 11. Otherwise, check you are running the last version of the wallet. To check which version you are using go to settings within the wallet.
