Incorrect Balance Showing on your Ledger Nano S
Occasionally, the Ledger Nano S can show a false or null balance on Ledger Live, which is a temporary display or server issue. To fix this issue follow the steps below.
1. Ledger Live has a refresh button located in the top right corner. Click on this to refresh the balance.
2. In cases where the refresh button doesn’t work, try clearing the applications cache. Clearing the cache resyncs and reloads the data pulled from the blockchain, ensuring the balance is current. Click settings > Help > Clear Cache.
