Checking your personal details are current

To check if your mobile number or email address is up-to-date, please follow the simple steps below:

 

Step 1.

– First, log in to your BitPrime account and click on the “My Account” button.

 

Step 2.

– Next, click on the “Account details” tab which you will find on the left-hand side. This will bring up the current contact details we have for you. At the top, you’ll find your email address. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your mobile number. You can also change your account password from this page, should you need to.

Step 3.

– Check the email address and mobile listed is up-to-date. If it is, you don’t need to do anything, you are all set to go.

If your number or email needs to be updated, please click on the “Live Chat” button in the bottom right-hand corner, fill in your details, then click “Start Chat”. If Live chat is offline, simply send us a message or email us at hello@bitprime.co.nz.

 

Step 4.

– Let our staff know how we can help you and we will get the number or address updated for you.
