To check if your mobile number is up-to-date, please follow the simple steps below:
– First, log in to your BitPrime account and click on the “My Account”.
– Next, click on the “Account details” tab which you will find on the left-hand side. This will bring up the current contact details we have for you. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your mobile number.
– Check the mobile listed is up-to-date. If it is, you don’t need to do anything, you are all set to go. If your number needs to be updated, please click on the “Live Chat” button in the bottom right-hand corner, fill in your details, then click “Start Chat”.
