We are always working to improve the quality of our service and business practices. As part of that continued effort, we would like to hear from you if you have any issues, complaints or comments you would like us to address.

BitPrime is a registered financial service provider (FSP595609). A requirement of that registration is that we have a dispute resolution scheme (DRS) in place to address any complaints. We use the independent and impartial Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) to manage any dispute that arises as a result of the financial services we provide. The first step of lodging any complaint is to get in contact with us by filling out the form below.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or the complaint remains unresolved after forty working days you can refer your complaint to FSCL here. There may be circumstances where BitPrime refers you directly to FSCL.
